• Trusted service providers such as mapping, OTP, cloud hosting, analytics, email and crash reporting services may process information on behalf of Vazhiq.
• Vazhiq does not sell users' personal information to advertisers or marketing companies.

7. Data Retention

If a user requests account deletion, the account will normally be removed within seven (7) days. Certain information may continue to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, taxation or other legitimate business purposes. Ride history, transaction records and support records may be retained for these purposes.

Users may:

• View and update their profile information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Change their mobile number, email address and profile photo.
• Request deletion of their account.
• Opt out of promotional emails, SMS and push notifications.

Essential service communications such as OTP verification, ride updates, payment confirmations and safety notifications may still be sent where necessary.
